Diamond - Full Wedding Planning

Investment starting at $4950

Our Diamond option is our full wedding planning package and it's designed for clients that want our assistance every step of the way. We will help you create an overall plan to ensure the success of your event from start to finish. Our Spectacular Diamond option includes full planning, preparation and execution of event as well as: 

  • Unlimited communication via telephone and e-mail that begins at contract signing and continues throughout the event planning process up to the day
  • Ongoing updates to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track
  • 10 consultations between Client and Planner
  • Budget development
  • Vendor recommendations to fit your style and budget
  • Consultant will schedule appointments with vendors as well as accompany you to the appointments as requested (up to 3 in Each Category Bakery, Venue, Bridal salon etc.)
  • Assist with décor design at the reception venue to include but not limited to floral, lighting, and linen selection, including vendor scheduling and attending vendor meetings with client
  • Selection assistance with your needs, including but not limited to save-the-dates, invitation, calligrapher, programs, menu cards, etc.
  • Venue walk through to finalize design, set up, and floor plan diagram
  • Production schedule (timeline) distribution to all vendors the week of the event
  • Rehearsal coordination and direction
  • Event materials collection at final consultation will be delivered and positioned on the day by our staff. Examples include candles, photographs, guest books, pens, favors, toasting glasses, cake serving set, ceremony programs, menu cards, assigned seating place cards, table names/numbers
  • event weekend assistant provided to lead consultant
  • Assist with event conclusion and wrap-up
  • Manage Flow of Day of the event up to 10 hours
  • House or Hotel or Venue  
  • Assist with readiness 
  • Coordinate time with photographer and videographer 
  • Guidance of photoshoot with immediate family 
  • Coordinate morning meals 
  • Coordinate the Exit 
  • Church 
  • Set up supervision the day of event 
  • Collect any event materials

Ruby - Partial Planning

Investment starting at $2450

Our Ruby option is our partial planning package and it gives clients the opportunity to play an active role in the planning process with the guidance of our experienced event consultants. This package is for customers that want the help of a coordinator with final consultations and handling logistics of the event day. The package includes:

  • Three meetings to go over the details of the event
  • 2 locations (example: Church and Venue, or home and Venue) or help with 2 vendor final details
  • Unlimited consultations via telephone and e-mail that begins at contract signing and continues throughout the event planning process up to your event day
  • One final consultation to discuss and confirm all of the final details 
  • Final walk through at venue, as needed per event
  • Etiquette advisement
  • Confirm arrival times with vendors
  • Rehearsal coordination and direction at locations 
  • Event materials to be positioned on event day by our team. Examples include candles, photographs, guest books, pens, favors, toasting glasses, cake serving set, ceremony programs, menu cards, assigned seating place cards, table names/numbers
  • Assistant provided to lead consultant
  • Event set-up and design supervision of reception areas
  • Production schedule distribution to all vendors the week of the event
  • Final payments distribution including vendor gratuities
  • Assist with event conclusion and wrap up at 10:00pm 
  • Manage Flow of Events up to 10 hours
  • Lead Consultant will arrive when the first vendor is scheduled to arrive and set up

Pearl - Wedding Management

Investment starting at $1650

Our Ruby option is our partial planning package and it gives clients the opportunity to play an active role in the planning process with the guidance of our experienced event consultants. This package is for customers that want the help of a coordinator with final consultations and handling logistics of the event day. The package includes:

  • Three meetings to go over the details of the event
  • 2 locations (example: Church and Venue, or home and Venue) or help with 2 vendor final details
  • Unlimited consultations via telephone and e-mail that begins at contract signing and continues throughout the event planning process up to your event day
  • One final consultation to discuss and confirm all of the final details 
  • Final walk through at venue, as needed per event

  • Schedule Venue visits and assist with securing & finalizing details 
  • Full event design, theme, & concept development, ensure cohesive feeling from beginning to end
  • Coordination of scheduling and booking all rentals (lighting, linens, decor)
  • Assistance in scheduling alteration sessions
  • Assist with selecting bridal attire (dress, shoes, jewelry, hair piece)
  • Attend final fittings
  • Negotiate special hotel rates and room blocks
  • Assistance in arranging all transportation needs
  • Favor assembly (client to purchase or reimburse for contents)
  • Assemble & deliver welcome baskets (client to purchase or reimburse for contents)
  • Rehearsal dinner location research, selection and coordination
  • Tracking of RSVP's
  • Schedule bridal portrait session and related hair and makeup sessions
  • Cleaning after event 
  • Door service
  • Seating Chart
  • Seating of the guest
  • Cake cutting 
  • Cake serving
  • Coordination of special VIP bands, DJ’s, Rappers, Etc. 
  • Extra assistance for the candy table, desert table, coffee table
  • Assistant to special family members, and VIP Guests
